About Dresslar Law

Dresslar Law represents individuals in civil rights, employment, medical malpractice, and personal injury matters throughout Hawai'i.


Emily Dresslar is the founder and principal attorney of Dresslar Law. She holds undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Michigan and served two federal clerkships. She has tried more than 150 cases to jury verdict.


She is admitted in Hawai'i, and previously admitted in California, Michigan, and American Samoa, where she is currently inactive. Her federal admissions include the U.S. District Courts for the District of Hawai'i and the Eastern District of Michigan, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Ninth and Sixth Circuits.


Her practice is against employers, corporations, government agencies, and insurance carriers.
